This Multi-Heat Pro Power Station allows you to set the optimal cutting speed for all of our Craft and Pro Tools for more creative sculpting. Has four heat settings. This power supply has special overload protection and operates at 100-240 volts, so can be used worldwide. For use outside the USA, we offer country-specific plugs at no extra charge - just specify which country's power supply you will require upon checkout. Was in the middle of making a big project, first time that I used it. I shut the tool off and went to lunch and when I came back no power! I had an electrician friend look at it and the power box was the problem. Not fixable! Very disappointed in this product. Saw them at the Halloween trade show in St Louis and they weren't very helpful there either
