"Gingerbread Spectacular"

Thank you for the photos. You did an amazing job. I wonder how many square feet you laid out and decorated? That took way more foam than I have ever seen in a miniatures display. You got to use quite an array of talents: miniature dioramas, large structural layouts, cute life-sized characters, and they all came together very nicely. Great job! This is a large snow village built inside the Volusia Mall for the Daytona West Rotary. Everything was made from foam. Built especially for the Daytona West Rotary to display Gingerbread houses. Will be shown from Nov. 9 through Jan. 4, 2008.

The gingerbread set up consisted of over 291 cut-outs to decorate around the 40' x 28' layout. The tables were 4' wide and the center table was 26' long. Big project. From start to finish it took 9 days. Snow village creations was very well rec'd and the people loved your tools. We used all of them for this project.

Here are the pictures of the 8' x 8' Gingerbread house built at Volusia Mall using your tools. This was behind the huge display I built for the Gingerbread House displays.

The Gala was outstanding—better than we could have imagined. We had about 200 people, and everyone was very complimentary. The food, entertainment, etc. was absolutely perfect. We have received so many positive comments. The winners were 1st – Arctic Express, 2nd- Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and 3rd – New York Stock Exchange. Schools were 1st New Smyrna Beach’s Town Village, Mainland’s traditional gingerbread house, and 3rd was Deltona’s chess board.
