Back to Home & Garden Gallery   Sea Horses Draw the sea horse shape on a block of foam. Cut it out with the Hot Scroll Table or Hot Knife. Slice it into 1/2" thick sea horses. Flip some over for variety. Spray them with a paint that will dissolve the foam. Be careful, the paint might keep eating into the foam for a few minutes, destroying your sea horse. These were sprayed with both a light and dark shade of green.
