This was our first experience with EPS foam. We had a team of four artists that worked on the set. The bow saw was the GREATEST tool to work with. It was quick and easy to work with. The freehand router was a little slower but it was great for small detail. We spent approx. 40 hours on the carving and painting of the foam.
