We Ship Internationally Every Day
We do not allow automatic international ordering on our site because we like to give you personal attention to make sure that you get everything you need and that we use the best shipping method to your country.
International Ordering is very simple:
1) Register at our site's secure homepage and include your billing address and credit card information if you have not already done so.
2) For the shipping address, put in the Hot Wire Foam Factory street address instead of your own:

3) Place your order and ignore the incorrect shipping and sales tax charges. We do not charge any sales tax for international orders.
4) Remind us of your actual address in the "notes" section near the bottom of the order form.
Shipping costs will depend on what you order and it will typically take 6-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that we will give you some extra goodies, like replacement wires, to help make up for the extra cost for shipping overseas.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the destination country which you may have to pay.
The Craft Kits will ship to many countries for as low as $23.95 using the US Postal Service Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes. We have been shipping Crafters Deluxe 3-in-1 Kits with the correct power supplies for as low as $124 including shipping. Please note that in order to use the Small Flat Rate boxes, the kits have to ship without the plastic carrying cases. If you would like us to ship a Craft Kit at this low rate, please let us know in the "notes" section and we will send it without the plastic carrying case. We cannot ship the Crafters Deluxe 4-In-1 Kit or the Crafters Scroll Table Set this way due to their large size.
- Our Craft Kits come with 220Volt power supplies for your country at no extra charge. You will not need to order a converter for the Craft Kits!
- Our Bow Cutters (both the 2' Bow and 2'x4' Compound Bow) come with 220Volt power supplies for your country at no extra charge. You will not need to order a converter for the Bow Cutters!
- Our Industrial Hot Knife comes ready for 220Volts at no extra charge. You will not need to order a converter for the Industrial Hot Knife!
- Our Pro Kits with the Multi-Heat Pro Power Stations operate at 100-240 volts, so they can be used worldwide and will include country-specific plugs at no extra charge. You will not need to order a converter for the these kits!
- For our Pro Kits with the Variable Heat Pro Power Stations, you will need our $9.95 voltage converter to use the Pro Power Station outside the USA. It converts our 110Volt Variable Heat Pro Power Station to work with 220Volt outlets.
