We Ship Internationally Every Day
We do not allow automatic international ordering on our site because we like to give you personal attention to make sure that you get everything you need and that we use the best shipping method to your country.
International Ordering is very simple:
1) Register at our site's secure homepage and include your billing address and credit card information if you have not already done so.
2) For the shipping address, put in the Hot Wire Foam Factory street address instead of your own:

3) Place your order and ignore the incorrect shipping and sales tax charges. We do not charge any sales tax for international orders.
4) Remind us of your actual address in the "notes" section near the bottom of the order form.
Shipping costs will depend on what you order and it will take 6-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that we will give you some extra goodies, like replacement wires, to help make up for the extra cost for shipping overseas.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the destination country which you may have to pay.
The Craft Kits will ship to many countries for as low as $17.95 using the US Postal Service Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes. We have been shipping Crafters 3-in-1 Kits with the correct power supplies for as low as $110 including shipping. Please note that in order to use the Small Flat Rate boxes, the kits have to ship without the plastic carrying cases. If you would like us to ship a Craft Kit at this low rate, please let us know in the "notes" section and we will send it without the carrying case and deduct $10 from your total. This is not available for all countries, and we cannot ship the Scroll Table this way due to its large size.
- Our Craft Kits now come with 220Volt power supplies for your country. We will add $5 to your order when we ship it with your 220Volt power supply. You will not need to order a converter for the Craft Kits!
- For our Pro Kits, you will need our $10 power converter to plug in our 120Volt Pro Power Station to your 240Volts.
- Our Bow Cutters (both the 2' bow and compound bow) now come with 220Volt power supplies for your country. You will not need to order a converter for the Bow Cutters!
- Our Industrial Hot Knife comes ready for 220Volts at no extra cost.
