If you are in the middle of an important project we can send you a replacement item before the defective item is sent back, but we will need you to call us with a credit card number as a deposit. If we don't receive the defective item back within two weeks, we will charge the card for the new items that have been sent.

Follow the directions in the Troubleshooting Guide before contacting us - it may be a simple fix.

All tools and repair work are guaranteed with a 90 day warranty, but we are generally very lenient with this. If we find there is some sort of defect with the tool that caused it to fail even a year or two after purchase under normal use, we usually repair it at no charge.
