I have to say that I am very impressed with your customer service, and no this is not a suck up job either Most (if not all) other companies would have replied with excuses or simply ignored the criticism. Thank you for your explanation (not an excuse) for why the cutter is designed this way as well.
As for the Tensioner I was too busy looking for a cutter to look for anything else and did not realize that you had already addressed this (what I saw as an issue for me) problem. I certainly don't expect but do appreciate your sending me one.
