I just got off the phone with one of your "new" salesmen. What a dear! You train them we..!

He and Sam stopped my order for a regular heat unit and changed to variable heat. They have my money and I'm back at it.

I can't believe how easy these foam cutters are. I am a National artists with more than 30 years under my belt and seven mediums. These tools are the BOMB!!!!!!!
