After destroying a 4" craft knife, I bought this kit. It works beautifully for very heavy cutting and carving.

After having just used the kit that I bought last year, my 6-Inch Hot Knife stopped working within 5 minutes of use. The wire from the hand unit completely disengaged from the connectors.
