The tensioner arrived quickly, went on easily and quickly, and worked as I wanted it to. Best of all it pops of easily when I want a slack wire.

I'm VERY happy with my new hot wire tool and accessory. A project that used to take me about an hour to cut and shape with a snap blade took less than 10 minutes with this new tool. I really wish I'd purchased it earlier, I could have gotten so much more accomplished!

This device should come with the sculpting tool since the sculpting tool does not work without it. It is poor customer relations on the foam factory's part to charge separately for it.
