Ordered the Pro Model 4-in-1 Kit and I could not be more pleased with every tool in the case. I use the tools to create signs for a festival, and with these tools I can be as creative as I want to! The freehand router is my go-to tool, and the engraver tool with its small chisel tip is excellent at creating small details like wood grain.
Overall a great purchase and a set of tools that will serve for many years to come.

I love my new foam cutter! I made a winter wonderland for my Christmas decorations outside and won first place in my neighbourhood! The tools made it so easy and so quick to create all the mountains and glaciers. I can’t say enough about the customer service that they provided when I called. I am new to creating foam art and had many questions on how to use the product and what to do. They were ever so helpful. I wish more companies had customer service like this company has!

First of all, the Hot Wire website is terrific for helping a "first-timer" learn how to use the tools. Then everything in the tool kit was as expected. What a great way to landscape a Christmas village.
