It is a wonderful tool but I have trouble keeping the arms that hold the wire tight enough. It seems the bolts will not go any tighter. I don’t know if this is just how it is made for flexibility or if mine is actually stripped or made incorrectly. It sure would help to have it tighter.

So much better than the hot knives I got on Amazon that never lasted more than a few months! Just what I needed!
