I have been using foam fusion for my projects and it works great for me! In my signs I paint all the pieces before assembling, and for example where a letter will be glued to the background I leave the outline of the letter not painted on the background so it will be raw foam on both pieces for the fusion to adhere to.

Yesterday I glued three strips of 64th ply --my second favorite building material-- to a piece of Daiso sheet foam --my first favorite. After about 12 hours, I was surprised that Elmers Wood Glue did so poorly. That might be an advantage if you want a temporary bond.
The fact that the wood is bent up is a sign that the wood was structurally weakened by the pulling of the free end. It was indeed the StyroGoo that was the best, followed by epoxy. I believe that the lower viscosity of StyroGoo gets deeper into the pores of the foam. Although it doesn't clean up with alcohol as well as epoxy, it is quicker to apply because the spout is the applicator. Epoxy has to be mixed and then applied with a stick.

These guys are great! We purchased the hot wire CNC machine a few years ago and it has worked flawlessly. Set up was easy and their support is fast and accurate. They have even been able to help us out in a pinch with some G-Code questions and help. I would highly recommend working with them, they are A+ for sure.
Getting used to it. In my small shop I figured out perfect 2nd hand holder for the bow...either size. Rockwell jawstand xp. 5 stars pair the 2 if your working solo.
So, my 3 pound container of exterior foam coat arrived today. I had to crack the white top in three places just to get it off. The problem was that some of the gritty powder was left on the threads when the top was put on. When that happens the top is basically locked on and can't be unscrewed.
