The Foam Factory's Hot Wire cutter set is a convent set to add to my artistic tool arsenal, I was surprised how well it cuts. I found through trial and error move slowly, let the tool to do the work for you. When you do that its amazing how well it works. Its perfect for cutting out foam sheets for props and displays. I found the small tip useful in carving out a face in a foam head.
Cuts foam and EPP foam just as described u have to have some patience it's got to warm up first before it's able to cut but that's just 10-15 seconds worth and always have a towel to wipe it clean before you unplug it and don't leave it on unnecessarily it will eventually burn up the wire just be smart with it
Great tools for foam cutting and sculpting. I made a mausoleum for Halloween last year using these and it came out great! Bought another set for my haunting buddy for his Birthday. Love Hot Wire Foam Factory tools.
