Cool product. Unfortunately-(if I am understanding the tech data correctly)- this product is not recommended for the Exterior Foam Coat, which is what we really needed it for. But overall it does what it says its supposed to do in the correct application.

I recently ordered the 4-inch hot knife, and I am not disappointed. I used the knife to put holes through thick foam board, and it worked great. I look forward to doing sculpting with it as well.

I've recently started making small buildings for dioramas out of styrofoam. The scroll table, fence and traveling fence have made exact cutting a breeze. So glad to find these folks!

Much better constructed than other hot wire tools on the market... well worth the investment.
