With the Adjustable Sled Guide, and the Hot Knife with a straight edge I can cut any size peace of foam from a 4' X 8' X 4" sheet and get a nice clean cut.
I was using a skil saw and a straight edge, but left the shop in mess of fuzz. I can set the depth for roughing out section of foam. By turning the clamp, I can cut the edges on any angle I need. I thing this is a must have tool for any job! Ron Mattix

Cuts through Styrofoam like a hot knife through butter. It does leave a residue on the heating element but it doesn't seem to affect the cut.
